WHO I HELP
If you feel heart-hungry, like something deeper in you is ready for peace, but you’re not sure how to access it- that’s why I’m here.
I work with those navigating eating disorders who feel stuck between awareness and change. You might understand your patterns logically, but still find yourself repeating them. You might feel exhausted from trying to “heal” on your own, or unsure what recovery is supposed to actually look like for you. What does a life beyond suffering feel like?
Most of the people I support are already insightful and self-aware. They’ve read, researched, tried different approaches, and often have some history of support — but still feel like something isn’t fully landing or lasting.
I am not here to focus on the surface level patterns and cycles that feel draining. I am here to help you see yourself through gentler, more accepting eyes. My greatest goal is to light you up to grow and build a life around recovery. One that is rooted, magical, and real.
My approach is rooted in helping you gently untangle the patterns underneath, not just manage the surface.
Over time, clients often begin to experience a shift in how they relate to themselves and food. This can look like:
less mental noise and obsession around food and eating
reduced binge–restrict or compensatory cycles
more stability and ease in daily decision-making around food
a growing sense of safety in the body over time
feeling more present, grounded, and emotionally steady
reconnecting with identity beyond the eating disorder
Recovery isn’t linear, & it doesn’t happen overnight. But with the right support, it becomes less overwhelming, less isolating, & more possible than it once felt.
This is not a rigid program. It’s a guided, supportive process that meets you where you are and evolves with you. I’m simply the guide that leads you by the hand to find yourself again. .

MEET EMMA, *
For 16 years, I lived inside the cycle of anorexia and binge eating — disconnected, exhausted, and constantly at war with myself. I felt my focus, passion, & connection to life slip away. And then… I decided to choose healing on my own terms. Thinking out of the box, I chose recovery.
Not perfectly, and not all at once — but intentionally. After years of trying traditional approaches, I began rebuilding my relationship with myself in a way that actually felt human. Through creativity, expression, holistic methods, & deeper self-understanding, I found a path that allowed me to reconnect with who I was beneath the disorder.
Today, I’m a CCI-certified eating disorder recovery coach supporting clients around the world. My work blends lived experience with grounded coaching methods, offering a more personal and flexible approach to recovery.
I call this human-centered coaching — because the focus is always on you as a whole person, not just your eating disorder.
I’ve now supported clients across 9 countries, helping them move toward a life that feels more stable, more connected, & more their own.
This work matters deeply to me — because I know what it takes to choose a different path, and I know how powerful it is to not do it alone.
A little taste of who you’re working with..
There was a time when my life was completely consumed by my eating disorder. I felt disconnected from myself, stuck between who I was and who I wanted to be — and nothing I tried seemed to truly stick.
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to force recovery to look a certain way, and started rebuilding it in a way that actually felt aligned. By blending traditional support with creativity, self-expression, and deeper inner work, recovery became something real — and sustainable. Now, 5 years into my own recovery, I support clients in a way that goes beyond surface-level healing.
I’m not a conventional coach — and SonderSelf isn’t a conventional space. This work asks you to be honest, brave, and open to doing things differently. I hold space for all of you — your light, your shadow, and everything in between.
If you’re ready for a deeper, more personal approach to recovery, you’re in the right place. If you’re looking for rigid rules and surface-level fixes, this probably isn’t for you.
