You're not trying to manage your eating disorder anymore. You're ready to build a life
This isn't another support group, and it's not another "fix yourself" program. It's a creative, intimate space where you and others integrate the wounded parts of yourself and build a life so compelling that the eating disorder loses its grip.
Starts 11/21 | 8 spots |
Alchemy Nourish is a 3-month group for women in eating disorder recovery who want their joy, play, and passions back. Live group coaching, creative practice, and real community where you get to build an identity outside of the ED.
A short application begins the process. You'll hear from Emma within 48 hours.
Journey to Alchemy Nourish, where the soul is fed. A creative group program that’s not just about recovery; it’s about transformation.
How it works
Every week follows the same simple rhythm, and the 12 weeks build toward something bigger.
Connect
We open each call with connection, so you're known from the first minute.
Create
A guided creative practice. No art experience needed and no "right way."
Carry
We close with a personal ritual to take with you through the week.
Every call ends with 10-15 minutes of live 1:1 coaching with Emma, just for you.
Where the 12 weeks take you
-
Grounding & Truth Telling
We integrate the parts of you that hurt, with care instead of judgment. You get safe, honest, and settled in the group, and you start to understand what the eating disorder has been trying to protect you from.
-
Creative Expression
We express what words alone can't, through creative practice, journaling, and ritual. This is where your voice, your play, and the parts of you the eating disorder crowded out start to come back.
-
Soul Expansion
We rebuild identity by getting clear on who you are and what you want your life to hold, then put joy, play, and passion back into your actual life, with a community behind you.
This is the recovery phase no one prepares you for: the life phase.
“I Built a Life Outside the Eating Disorder — And I Got Myself Back"
"You made such an impact on my journey. You change people's lives. SonderSelf is a gift to the world."
M came to me caught in restrictive cycles — her eating disorder was running her life, her choices, her self-image. She needed to heal her relationship with food, but deeper than that, she needed to remember who she was underneath the disorder.
Why this shift happened: What I witnessed in our 1:1 work was her beginning to trust herself again. Once she had that foundation, she was ready for something bigger — community. She moved into Alchemy Nourish, our group container, and that's where the real magic happened. Surrounded by other women doing the same inner work, M started building a life outside the ED cycle. She tapped into her creativity, reconnected with her authentic self, and began to flourish.
Does this sound familiar ?
-
You’ve never had a truly peaceful relationship with food or yourself.
You bounce between food rules, sometimes “all in” or “nothing at all”. You WANT to nourish yourself with care…but the fear, shame, & guilt keep you trapped.

-
Your Eating Disorder consumes time, energy, and life.
You have a unique self to offer the world. There are things you want to create, passions or hobbies to pursue, & parts of yourself you want to reclaim. But they feel out of reach.

-
You want to LIVE recovery & not just manage it. But trusting feels impossible.
You’re tired of the same, surface level approaches to healing that never actually get you to embrace recovery. You want to feel alive again and embrace the new.

Week One: Standing Safely in Your Heart
A look inside Week 1: Standing Safely in Your Heart
You'll be known from day one. This isn't a faceless group call. We open by truly meeting each other and setting a real intention for what you want these 12 weeks to give you.
Meet the part of you that's been carrying everything. Your eating disorder casts a shadow over your truest form. In our first creative practice, you'll give that shadow shape for the first time, with no rules and no right way.
Name what keeps you stuck. You'll get honest, out loud and on paper, about why you're ready to stop carrying this alone, and leave with clarity you didn't have an hour before.
Take a ritual home. You'll walk away with something personal, rooted in your own story, that lives in your space all week and reminds you who you are underneath the disorder.
-
Week Two: Recovering Your Heart Space
Sitting With the Critic, Not Fighting It
You'll close your eyes, place a hand on your heart, and sit with an intrusive ED thought as it rises — not fighting it, not arguing with it. Just letting it exist, and learning what happens when you finally stop wrestling with it.The Art of Calling Yourself Back
This is where you start recognizing the moments you abandon yourself — overextending, over-giving, disappearing into other people's needs — and begin practicing what it feels like to call your own energy home.Your ED, Named and Seen
Between calls, you'll do something most people never do: give your eating disorder voice a name, a personality, even traits. Once it has a name, it stops being an invisible force running your life — and starts being something you can finally talk back to.A Sacred Space, Just for This Work
You'll create a physical space in your own room — just for you, just for this journey — decorated with whatever makes you feel like you. It becomes your anchor for the next 11 weeks.+ Live 1:1 Coaching, Every Week
The final 10–15 minutes of every call are reserved just for you — live, real-time coaching on whatever's coming up in your recovery that week. -
Week Three: Finding Your Inner Power
Shaking Hands With Shame
You'll finally name the difference between the shame that protects you and the shame your ED creates to keep you small & stuck — you’ll learn exactly what to say back to it the next time it shows up.Reclaiming Anger as Yours
Most of us were taught anger is dangerous or unacceptable. You'll explore your own relationship to it — through color, through drawing, through finally letting it take shape instead of swallowing it — and start discovering what it's actually been trying to protect.Your First Fear Food, Completed
This week, you'll build something physical to hold your fear foods, choose one, and complete it. Not someday. This week. You'll walk away from Week Three having done something your ED told you that you couldn't.A Quote to Sit With
A reflection on creative freedom and what happens when you stop conforming to anyone else's model of who you should be — including your own old one.+ Live 1:1 Coaching, Every Week
The final 10–15 minutes of every call are reserved just for you — live, real-time coaching on whatever's coming up in your recovery that week.

Meet Emma
I created Alchemy Nourish because I know what it takes to choose a different path.
For 16 years, I lived inside the cycle of anorexia and binge eating, disconnected, exhausted, and constantly at war with myself. Then I decided to choose healing on my own terms.
I began rebuilding my relationship with myself in a way that actually felt human: through creativity, expression, holistic methods, and deeper self-understanding. That path let me reconnect with who I was beneath the disorder.
Alchemy Nourish is that path, shared. It's a small, intimate group where you'll be known from day one, with creative practice, honest community, and a guide who has walked it.
I hold space for all of you, your light, your shadow, and everything in between. And I know how powerful it is not to do this alone.

Likely a fit if you
- Are in recovery with a treatment team or support in place, or are open to building one
- Have started to understand why the eating disorder exists and are curious who you are without it
- Want to bring back play, creativity, and the things you used to love
- Can commit to 12 weekly live calls in a small group of 8
- Are 18 or older
- Still have hard days. You don't need to be "fully recovered," just willing to be honest about the slips
May not be the right time if you
- Need a higher level of care right now, like residential or PHP/IOP
- Are in acute crisis. Alchemy Nourish is not crisis support
- Are in the first stage of recovery, like stabilizing eating. This group is for what comes after
Not the right time? That's not a "no" forever. I'll happily point you to a better first step, like 1:1 coaching, the immersive program, or meal support sessions.
